Slow WordPress site? We fix that in 1-2 weeks.
Slow sites lose traffic, conversions, and Google rankings. We diagnose exactly what is dragging your site down (usually a handful of specific things), fix them, and hand you back a site with Core Web Vitals in the green.
Site speed is conversion - and most WordPress sites are leaving money on the table.
Slower pages convert worse, especially on mobile. Google made Core Web Vitals part of its ranking signals in 2021. Mobile visitors are the least patient of all.
Despite all of this, many WordPress sites are slow on mobile. The reasons are predictable: oversized images uploaded directly from phones, page builders that ship heavy JavaScript bundles, plugins that load on every page even when not needed, and hosts that under-provision for the price.
Our speed optimization service systematically fixes the handful of issues behind most slow WordPress sites, typically within 1-2 weeks of starting.

-
Core Web Vitals audit
LCP (Largest Contentful Paint), CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift), INP (Interaction to Next Paint) - we check real-user field data from Google, not only synthetic lab tests.
-
Image optimization
Conversion to WebP/AVIF, lazy loading, responsive srcset, proper sizing - usually the single biggest cut in page weight.
-
Caching configuration
Object cache (Redis or Memcached), page cache (WP Rocket or LiteSpeed), browser cache headers - all configured correctly, not just installed.
-
CDN setup
Cloudflare (free tier sufficient for most) or BunnyCDN. Static assets served from edge, page caching on edge where possible.
-
Plugin audit
On most slow WordPress sites, a few plugins do most of the damage. We identify them and recommend lean replacements or removal.
-
Critical CSS + JS deferral
Above-the-fold CSS inlined, non-critical JavaScript deferred. The visual shift on load disappears and main content renders noticeably sooner.
Frequently asked
How fast can my site really get?
Most WordPress sites can reach the green zone on Lighthouse with proper optimization. Our target is PageSpeed 85+ on mobile with the one-time package and 90+ with the extended package. How far a specific site can go depends on its theme, plugins and hosting, and the initial diagnosis tells you that up front.
What is "Core Web Vitals"?
Google's measurement of perceived speed - LCP (how fast main content loads), CLS (how stable the layout is), INP (how fast the page responds to clicks). Green = good, yellow = needs improvement, red = poor. Google uses these as ranking signals.
Will my site stay fast after the fix?
Yes, as long as you do not install new heavy plugins. Over time, plugin updates and content drift can slow things back down. Our maintenance retainer (from ₪450/mo) includes monthly speed checks.
Do I need a CDN?
For sites with even moderate traffic, yes. Cloudflare's free tier is sufficient for most small-to-medium sites. We set it up as part of every optimization package - no extra cost.
My host says my site is slow because of bad plugins. Is that true?
Sometimes. In our experience, bloat in the WordPress install itself is the more common cause, but weak hosting does play a part on some sites. We diagnose which is which - and recommend hosting migration only when needed.
Can you optimize Elementor or Divi sites?
Yes, but the upper bound is lower. Page builders ship with significant overhead. We can usually improve an Elementor site substantially, but getting it to the top of the green zone may require a partial rebuild with native blocks.
